I designed three beer can labels for three different beer flavors. The aim was to capture the heat of summer on a can, and the need for refreshment, which is ussusally the core reason to choose this drink.
I created three mood boards, one for each can, to capture the vibe, colors, and possible reference photos for illustrations.
I sketched the characters and the scene.
I decided to include realistic photos of fruit alongside character illustrations, because studies have shown that the customers are more likely to buy a product if they can clearly visualize the taste.
For the color palette, I started with the color of the flavor and then I built it up.
